A Night on the Train
Last year, more than 100 people joined our Train of Lights group for an unforgettable evening aboard the Train of Lights. Surrounded by glowing holiday displays, we laughed, took pictures, explored the train, and made wonderful memories together. This year, we’re excited to gather our community and experience the magic all over again.
Special Appearance by Santa
Santa Claus will be joining us aboard the Train of Lights! Families will have an opportunity to say hello and capture a special holiday photo if they would like.

What to Bring
The train can get very cold, especially in the open-air cars, so dress warm!

A phone hotspot worked for us last year, but cellular service can vary. Consider downloading favorite shows, games, or videos before arriving so they’re available during the ride.
Welcoming and Accessible Boarding
A boarding lift is available for guests who are unable to climb the train’s stairs. The Train of Lights staff are friendly, patient, and happy to assist families as they board so everyone can feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive.

We’ll purchase the group’s tickets on October 3.
Important: Tickets are not guaranteed until our group purchase is completed.
What if Tickets Sell Out? The Train of Lights can sell out quickly. If we can purchase only some of the requested tickets, they will be distributed in the order payments were received. Anyone we are unable to secure tickets for will receive a full refund. If we cannot secure tickets at all, everyone will be refunded.
What if Kai's Network can't get tickets for December 12? If tickets for our selected date are unavailable, we will try to purchase tickets for another date. Families who cannot attend the alternate date will receive a full refund. If we cannot secure tickets at all, everyone will be refunded.
What about cancellations and refunds? You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund if you notify us by October 10. If you need to cancel after October 10, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange a refund, but refunds requested after the deadline cannot be guaranteed. Tickets cannot be refunded if a guest does not attend the event without canceling in advance. Please allow up to three days for refunds to be completed because Zelle and Venmo may limit how much money can be transferred each day.
